    Thomas and Friends will return to Trainworks in 2017 for a feature packed weekend of family fun. Meet the Fat Controller as he oversees all of the exciting activities on offer!

    What your ticket includes:

    o Meet Thomas – climb into the cab and toot his whistle
    o Take a steam train ride pulled by Henry the Green Engine towards Picton
    o Ride Toby the Railmotor from Sodor Station up to the Roundhouse
    o Meet the Fat Controller
    o Unlimited mini-train rides
    o Unlimited jumping castle rides – 3 castles to cater for different age groups
    o Face painting
    o Visit the Imagination Station – children can enter the colouring competition, play some Thomas games and listen to our Storyteller read Thomas stories

    All this plus entry to the Trainworks Rail Museum - kids of all ages love exploring the biggest display of heritage trains in NSW! Day Out With Thomas is a great outing for the entire family… and don’t forget the grandparents!

    Food and drink

    There will plenty of food options on the day from a variety of stall holders.

    Self-serve BBQ facilities are also available on a first come, first served basis. You’re welcome to pack a picnic – don’t forget a rug!

    All tickets are for event entry from 9am to 5pm and a reserved seat aboard the steam train at your nominated time.

    Please be sure of your availability before you book as there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES offered.

    Disclaimer: We would like to notify all of our customers of operational requirements on total fire ban days. Steam trains are unable to operate on total fire ban days due to sparks flying from the loco. Instead an alternative locomotive will be provided for passenger train rides.
